POLICIES

As a courtesy to staff and clients, the Spa requires a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge.

 

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service charge.

No guests are allowed in the Spa during treatments, unless the client receiving the treatment is a minor. 

Please wear comfortable clothing. If required for your service, a client gown will be provided for you to change into.

The Spa is not responsible for lost items; please leave your valuables at home.

Please silence your cell phones before your service begins.
